-You have successfully placed an  order and will receive an email for confirmation.

Royal Bourne is currently offering cash on delivery method but soon we will provide other payment methods to our customers.

How to track my order?

 
After placing  an order, customer is notified via email or sms  about the courier service through which your order is being shipped. Whenever you want to check the status of your order just visit the website.

What is the difference between Royal Bourne account or Guest user?

Guest User: Any person who wants to shop with us can use our website as a guest. You need to put your information each time you visit.

How can I cancel my order?

 
If you have placed  an order with the wrong size or there is any other discrepancy, you can cancel the order by calling us or you can also email us at [email protected] before the order is dispatched.

How much time does an order takes to reach its destination?

 
We take 3 to 4 working days to deliver the product to its destination.

Does Royal Bourne deliver products outside Pakistan ?

 
No. At this point, Royal Bourne delivers products only within Pakistan

What happens if I receive a damaged or an Untenanted/Void packet?

 
In such cases,If you have received a damaged product from the factory then you just need to call us on 02135243543 and we will replace the product with the new one.
Request you to please make note of the below pointers:
Please do not use the item for which the claim is being raised.
You may be required to information’s like, short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)
The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users
The refund for Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation.
You may not be liable for a refund, if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:
Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box(if any)
If a pilferage delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day.
You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 - 4 days post - delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.
You have used the item for which claim was raised.

What happens to the order if the person is not available at the delivery address?

 
If the person is not available at the given address then the delivery man will  visits the place 2 times in 4 to 5 days and if the order remains undelivered then it will be returned to the company. After that new order should be placed.

Is my personal information protected?

 
All the information back and forth from the website is encrypted so snoopers could never access your personal information. Your information which is on the website is protected and will only be  used for order delivery purposes, order payment or any further communication.
